Brand.
What you stand for, what you are called and how you look. Decided once, and built to hold long after launch week.

What’s included
(06)Most brand problems are decision problems. We help you make the few that matter, in order, then build the identity that carries them.
-
Brand strategy
The few decisions everything else hangs on: who you are for, what you offer them and why you over the next three companies in the category. Written short enough for your team to say without the deck.
-
Positioning
Choosing what you will not be. We map the category, find the ground nobody is holding and commit to it in a line your sales team can use on a call.
-
Naming
Names that are easy to say, hard to confuse and free to own. Every shortlist is screened against the trademark register and domains before you fall for one.
-
Visual identity
Logo, colour, type, imagery and motion designed as one system, and tested on your real things: the app icon, the invoice, the shop sign.
-
Guidelines
A brand book written for the people who were not in the room. Rules with reasons, working files and templates, so the next designer does not have to guess.
-
Rebranding
First, an honest answer on whether you need one. If you do, we keep the equity worth keeping, change what is holding you back and plan the switch so nothing breaks on the day.
How it runs
(04)You get a written scope, a fixed price and a start date before anyone begins.
-
Listen
We talk to the people who run the company and the people who buy from it, and read the category the way a customer meets it.
-
Decide
Strategy and position on a few pages. You sign these off before anything is drawn, so design never has to guess.
-
Design
Identity routes shown on your real touchpoints, not on a slide. One is chosen and built out into the full system.
-
Hand over
Guidelines, source files, fonts and licences, all yours. Your team makes the next thing without us.
What you leave with
- Brand strategy and positioning, on a few pages

A brand strategy you can say in one breath
Most brand strategies are too long to be used. The work is in cutting them down to something a team can carry in their heads. -
Naming a company you can actually own
The hardest part of naming is not finding a name people like. It is finding one that nobody else already owns, in the places your business will need it. -
A logo is not a brand system
The mark gets the attention. The system is what lets a brand survive real content, real people and real deadlines.

FAQ
Answered questions.
You can hire us for the identity alone. We will still ask the strategy questions, because a logo drawn without a position is decoration. If you already have the answers written down, we start from them.
Yes. Naming runs alongside trademark search, with counsel, so every name on the shortlist has been screened before you see it. If you already have a name, we can clear it on its own.
A few routes, each built far enough to judge on real things: a pack, a screen, a sign. Not twenty thumbnails on a slide.
You do. Source files, fonts, licences and the thinking behind them are handed over on the last day. Nothing about your brand should ever need our permission.
