Pop-ups &
events.

Temporary spaces that go up fast, feel permanent and come down cleanly.

What’s included

(05)

A pop-up has to look like a real store on a temporary budget and a short setup window, then leave the venue the way it found it.

  1. Pop-up shops

A temporary store designed to sell: layout, display, till and stock, fitted to the venue you have.

  2. Brand events

Launches, activations and private events, where the space carries the brand and the moment people came for.

  3. Modular build

Structures and fixtures made from parts that pack flat, travel and go up again in the next venue.

  4. Venue fit

Plans worked to each venue’s rules: load-in, power, fixings and what you are not allowed to touch.

  5. Graphics and signage

Temporary graphics that still look finished, with versions for each venue size.

When you need it

  • You are testing a city before opening a store there
  • You sell online and want people to see the product in person
  • You have a launch and need a space to hold it
  • You run pop-ups often and rebuild from scratch each time

How it runs

(04)

You get a written scope, a fixed price and a start date before anyone begins.

  1. Fit

The venue, its rules and the goal: sales, sign-ups or press.

  2. Design

The space in 3D, built from a kit of parts that suits this venue and the next.

  3. Prepare

Drawings, artwork and a build and strike plan for the fabricator and the venue.

  4. Run

We check the space at setup against the design, so what opens is what you approved.

What you leave with

  • A pop-up or event concept in 3D
  • A modular kit of parts, drawn for fabrication
  • Graphics and signage artwork
  • A setup and take-down plan
  • A reuse plan for future venues

FAQ

Answered questions.

Yes, if it is designed that way from the start. We plan a kit of parts that packs down and adapts to different venue sizes.

We can review venues you are considering and say how each one would work for the space. Booking and the venue contract stay with you.

Yes. A launch is often more than the space. The weeks before and after can be planned as a launch campaign.
