FAQ
Answered questions.
A search finds what is on the register. Clearance is the decision you make from it, with a legal opinion behind it. You get one answer you can act on, not a list to work through.
You still have options. Sometimes small changes lower the risk enough. Sometimes a new name is the safer road, and our naming work can start from there.
No one can. Clearance lowers the risk and tells you plainly where it stands, but the Registry and other owners have their say during examination and publication.
Before you get attached to it and before you spend on it. Packaging, signage and domains are much cheaper to change on paper.
