Case
all-liv
An activewear label, drawn three ways. We took each route onto the box, the tag, the shopfront and the kit, so the choice was made on real applications, not a logo sheet.
The idea
The mark is a ripple — rings spreading from a centre, printed oversized and half-visible so it reads as texture, not a logo.
It works because it never has to be read. On a kraft mailer it is an emboss you notice late. On a blade sign it is scale. On a chest it is a small embroidery. Clay and ivory hold the palette together, warm enough to sit against skin.

FAQ
Answered questions.
Brand, design and the technology that carries them. The strategy and the identity, then the product, site or campaign it has to survive in. One team across all of it, so the thinking does not thin out being handed between specialists.
The people you meet. There is no account layer between you and whoever is designing or building, and nothing gets passed down to someone else once the pitch is over.
Write a line about what you are building to hello@theopenngroup.com. You get a reply within a working day, then a written scope with a fixed price and a start date before anyone begins. We usually have room within two weeks.
Both. We advise on where AI earns its place, and we build it: generative identity systems, AI product features, creative coding. Prototyped fast, tested like any other feature, and cut without ceremony when it does not hold up.
