Every space modelled and rendered before the build, so you approve what you will actually get.

What’s included

(05)

Floor plans and mood boards ask you to imagine the space, and the gap between what you imagined and what was built shows up on opening day.

  1. 3D models

The space modelled to its real dimensions, with fixtures, furniture, signage and product in place.

  2. Eye-level views

Renders from where a customer or visitor actually stands, not only a bird’s-eye view that nobody will ever see.

  3. Materials and light

Finishes and lighting shown as they will look, including how the space reads at night or under store lighting.

  4. Options side by side

Two or three versions of a layout or finish, rendered from the same view, so the choice is easy to make.

  5. Walkthroughs

A moving camera through the space, for sharing with partners, landlords or investors.

When you need it

  • You need sign-off from people who cannot read drawings
  • You are choosing between layouts or finishes
  • A landlord, mall or organiser needs to approve the design
  • You want to show investors or partners the space before it exists

How it runs

(04)

You get a written scope, a fixed price and a start date before anyone begins.

  1. Gather

Site plans, measurements, photographs and the design so far.

  2. Model

The space built in 3D at its real size, checked against the drawings.

  3. Render

Views from eye level, with materials and light, shared for comments.

  4. Refine

Changes made in the model, so every view and the build drawings stay in step.

What you leave with

  • A 3D model of the space at real scale
  • Eye-level renders of key views
  • Side-by-side options for layouts or finishes
  • A walkthrough film where needed
  • Views ready for approvals and presentations

FAQ

Answered questions.

Yes. Send us the drawings and specifications and we model and render them. If we notice something that will not work, we tell you.

Close, because the model uses the real dimensions, materials and lighting from the specification. Finishes vary between suppliers, so we recommend checking physical samples alongside the renders.

Yes. 3D product renders made to sit beside your photography are part of our content work.
