What’s included

(05)

Visitors and new hires walk into your space and form a view of the company before anyone has spoken to them.

  1. The story of the space

What a visitor should understand by the time they leave, and the order they meet it in, from reception to the meeting room.

  2. Reception and arrival

The first few steps inside: what people see, where they wait and how they are greeted.

  3. Office branding

Wall graphics, meeting room names, wayfinding and the identity applied to glass, floors and furniture, without turning the office into a poster.

  4. Showrooms

Spaces where product is shown and tried, laid out for a conversation between the visitor and your team.

  5. Experience centres

Rooms that demonstrate what you do, using objects, screens and graphics, so a visit replaces a slide deck.

When you need it

  • Your office could belong to any company in the building
  • Clients visit and you still have to explain what you do
  • You are moving into a new office or opening a showroom
  • You want a space that helps you hire

How it runs

(04)

You get a written scope, a fixed price and a start date before anyone begins.

  1. Brief

Who visits, what they come for, and what they should take away. Written down before the space is planned.

  2. Sequence

The visit as a route: each stop, what it shows and how long people stand there.

  3. Design

Layout, graphics, materials and any screens or objects, shown in 3D along the visitor route.

  4. Deliver

Drawings and artwork for your fit-out contractor, and a check of the finished space against the design.

What you leave with

  • A visitor journey through the space
  • Concept design in 3D
  • Graphics, wayfinding and room-naming artwork
  • Material and finish specifications
  • Drawings for your fit-out contractor

Any space where people meet your company in person: an office, a showroom, a reception, an experience centre. Designing it as a brand environment means planning what the visitor understands, not only what the room looks like.

We design the brand layer and the visitor journey: layout of key areas, graphics, materials and wayfinding. Your interior or fit-out contractor builds it, and we work alongside them.

Yes. Screens, demos and interactive pieces can be designed and built with our technology team, and planned into the room from the start.
